Our room was spacious, equipped with a smart TV and complimentary snacks. The breakfast spread was excellent, especially the coffee. A little piece of paradise for families and couples alike!

The room had a horrible odor that wouldn't go away. We had to change rooms twice just to escape it, which was incredibly inconvenient. Additionally, the shower had weak water pressure, making it a frustrating experience to get ready each day.

The resort is super fun for families with bike rentals and a playground. Our family suite was spacious and comfy, with a nice view. Loved the nearby fish feeding activity!

our stay at thames valley khao yai, sha plus was delightful! jen, our butler, checked in on us before arriving and was super responsive to all our needs. the family suite was spotless, and we loved the charming decor that felt so cohesive throughout. the kids especially enjoyed the playground and the cute little trikes available. the location is perfect, as we easily accessed nearby attractions without hassle.
